I received a shirt as a Christmas gift and contacted the support team the next day about exchanging it for a different color. I was told the order was not eligible for a return or exchange. Upon checking their website, I found that exchanges and refunds are only allowed if 'shipping protection' is purchased. This was not clearly disclosed during checkout. The return policy is unreasonable and misleading, so I cannot recommend this service.
