Extremely disappointed with my experience with No Sad Days. I ordered the Stranger Things design of their new crew necks, both a size Small and a Large. The small is great, however, the front Logo on the large is way off-center, so misaligned that it is the first thing people noticed when I wore it.
I emailed customer service and spoke with Aspen. After sending a picture of the off-center design, I was offered a $15 credit for a future order. How does that make ANY sense? Instead of doing the right thing and sending me a replacement with a centered and aligned logo, I am given a store credit to place another order, spend more of my own money, and HOPE that I get a crew neck this time that is properly aligned. Why would I spend more of my money with them when they couldn't even get it right in the first place?
I work alongside brands that fulfill clothing, and we have had issues before where a logo was off-center. We have always replaced this with a fresh, properly-aligned piece of clothing, never requesting for the customer to spend more of their own money to receive what they wanted the first time they spent money with us.
I let Aspen know my frustration in this "resolution." Aspen simply apologized and said there is nothing else that can be done in this situation.
This is embarrassingly poor customer service.
I'm never ordering from No Sad Days again based on this experience.
