I'm sharing this review to offer some hope to those who have ordered from the company, hoping their items will arrive... eventually! I purchased a tracksuit and four T-shirts on November 28th (£220 worth of clothing), and I finally received my items on January 21st, nearly two months later! After sending multiple follow-ups and facing either silence or being informed that my order was delayed due to stock issues or labeled as a pre-order—which was never mentioned when I placed my order—I resorted to emailing daily to expedite the process. After a week of this persistence, I received a message stating my order was on its way. If you're still waiting, you might want to try this approach! Overall, a terrible experience, and I won't be buying from this brand again. It's unfortunate because the quality of the clothing is quite good, but the stress and time taken to receive my order has left a bad impression. What made it worse was seeing the brand's active social media presence, flaunting their profits from orders that hadn't been fulfilled! This has been the worst customer service I've ever encountered.
