Having to deal with this company has been nothing short of awful. Not only has the phone not worked since I bought it, the replacement device had the exact same issue as well. The issue now is they won't even reply to me regarding the matter and have been stringing me along for the past week now with no signs of them ever actually refunding me the money I paid for a device that wont even let me use my SIM card in as they say 'it may have compatibility issues' despite being a top UK network. Also my SIM works in iPhones and Samsung devices, so it is an issue with Nothing themselves.Absolutely appalling service, phone, company and support. Would give them 0 stars if I could and I am reporting the company to trading standards.
