Stopped working after 6 months it’s just freezing when connected to the phone app and nothing works tried a lot of troubleshooting and still nothing works contacted CMF customer service and they didn’t do much either refusing to cover the warranty on the watch that is 7 months old
Too bad liked the watch but with the last issues never CMF again

Don’t recommend buying products as you as a customer are left dealing with all problems by yourself

Phone entirely inoperable

The device is now entirely inoperable; every app crashes and the on/off cycle yields the same result. It's a complete waste of funds. I strongly advise against this company. I've essentially lost £289. While the design is attractive, the functionality is severely lacking, leading to frequent crashes 95% of the time and app freezes, even during restarts.

The device is entirely non-functional; every app crashes, and restarting leads to the same issues. It's a total waste of money. I regret spending £289 on it. While it may appear attractive, it fails to perform, resulting in constant crashes and app freezes.

UNMATCHED TECH SUPPORT

A year and a half ago, I received a pair of wireless earbuds that worked flawlessly until recently when one began to drain rapidly. I contacted technical support, and I must commend them for resolving the issue in no time, picking up and returning my earbuds at no cost. I want to acknowledge the excellent assistance I received from their representative throughout the process.

Concerns over privacy

After updating to the latest operating system, I am now compelled to accept an AI terms of service just to perform basic tasks like searching for apps. I will not agree to such invasive control over my life, and I hope this company faces consequences. I feel extremely unsafe and will not purchase from them again.

Order mishap with earbuds

I ordered a pair of earbuds, but they were never delivered. The tracking indicated a false delivery signature. When I reached out for help, their response was inadequate, instructing me to file a police report and track the courier myself. I requested a refund, but they refused. Their service is severely lacking, and their email support is unhelpful. I advise against purchasing from them if you value your money.
