Despite my efforts, the company refused to issue a refund or send a replacement for the missing item, showing no accountability for not providing the paid goods.
This situation clearly demonstrates goods not supplied. Relying on internal policies to evade responsibility instead of addressing a clear fulfillment error is unacceptable. I will not be purchasing from the company again and strongly recommend that others exercise caution, particularly when buying gifts or expensive items.
