Terrible sadly. The seller of the item was rude, unhelpful and obstructive to getting a refund for a damaged item. I’ll never buy from this company again. Foreign countries are a law unto themselves and do not respect UK trading regulations.
This website scammed me. My fragerence came damaged and leaking. I asked for a replacement, not even a refund. They asked for videos and photos. Despite showing them photos of the damage and leak, and having paid extra for "priority complaints" they still denied a replacement or refund. After a few days of back and forth with them, i threw the bottle away because it was leaking and stinked up the whole house. They then asked me to send a photo of the fragerence on a scale... what the hell will that prove. As if the photos of a cracked bottle wasnt enough. It became clear to me they were just trying to stall and make me give up. All this for a £20 purchase. Imagine if you actually spent a significant ammount of money. If my purchase would have came undamaged and I was happy with it, then there would have been no problem, but if you have any issue with your purchase - that's it, tough luck. All this considering I paid extra for "priority complaints". Don't pay for priority complaints because if you have any issues with your order, its all the same, you're out of luck.
I have ordered a fragrance Memo Paris Iberian leather. I have that one in my collection bought from Harrods last year. I have less than I quarter left so I decided to buy from”Notino” as it was a good price. I received the fragrance today and to my utter shock the juice in the bottle received from Notino has nothing in common with”Iberian Leather”. I was on the phone with “Notino” for half an hour in order to arrange to be sent an email with a complaint form. They kept on trying to convince me that they do not sell fakes but that bottle contains nothing more than a liquid with some cheap disgusting vomit smelling aroma. I was told that I have to arrange a postage with a promise to be reimbursed for it”at the end of their investigation” which is going to take up to 30 days. And on the top of that their form does not include refund as an option. You are to receive a voucher to spend with them. So you can possibly get another fake product. I am really disappointed and I will take it further. I really want to see what their “investigation “ is going to find.
My order as birthday gifts including a plastic bottle of body wash was delivered in a brown paper bag. The bottle lid was sheared off exposing a sharp edge. The missing piece wasnt even in the bag. On contacting notino they asked for photos. However these had already been sent. They then asked for further photos. This went on. It dragged on for almost 2 weeks. I had to repurchase the item elsewhere as was a gift. The express customer service fee was added to my order however I dont believe this to have sped up any customer relation process. The process was automatic, non personal, repetitive and actually based on this would put me off ordering again.
I ordered 3 items for Christmas gifts, and the box arrived extremely damaged with one item missing. When I tried to claim for the missing item through PayPal due to their lack of help, they won the case by providing a POD despite being told the box was damaged and open. After appeal I won the case but feel that this Company is not customer focused. I have purchased from them in the past but won't be returning again.
Package was left on the doorstep two days prior to Christmas and got stolen. I opted for the additional service for hassle-free refunds, yet I had to complete a form for the delivery service. I haven't received any updates or a refund. It feels like a scam, charging extra for a supposed hassle-free experience, only to encounter more hassle.
Well, prior to ordering I checked Trustpilot and must admit was concerned by some of the negative reviews, but really did not need to be.
If you break it down around 75% of over 8600 are 5 stars and most of the bad ones relate to damaged parcels etc which are probably the fault of the delivery company used or depending where you live, they’ve been tampered with if left outside?
Anyway, I risked it and got an absolute bargain, normal price £100, best price I saw in shops was £50 and with Notino it was less than £25 delivered in perfect condition.
DPD delivered the perfume and I was kept fully up to date with the cheap and speedy delivery.
So, to clarify as some have said, it’s not a scam at all, based on my experience it’s 5 stars and I recommend using this company. Thank you

An item I paid for (£85 perfume) was absent from my order, which came in a sealed parcel. All other items were included, indicating a packing mistake.
The item was meant as a Christmas gift and was left unopened until I was ready to wrap it. Upon opening the parcel, I discovered the item was missing. I reported this right away.
Despite my efforts, the company refused to issue a refund or send a replacement for the missing item, showing no accountability for not providing the paid goods.
This situation clearly demonstrates goods not supplied. Relying on internal policies to evade responsibility instead of addressing a clear fulfillment error is unacceptable. I will not be purchasing from the company again and strongly recommend that others exercise caution, particularly when buying gifts or expensive items.
