I ordered 3 items for Christmas gifts, and the box arrived extremely damaged with one item missing. When I tried to claim for the missing item through PayPal due to their lack of help, they won the case by providing a POD despite being told the box was damaged and open. After appeal I won the case but feel that this Company is not customer focused. I have purchased from them in the past but won't be returning again.
