I have ordered a fragrance Memo Paris Iberian leather. I have that one in my collection bought from Harrods last year. I have less than I quarter left so I decided to buy from”Notino” as it was a good price. I received the fragrance today and to my utter shock the juice in the bottle received from Notino has nothing in common with”Iberian Leather”. I was on the phone with “Notino” for half an hour in order to arrange to be sent an email with a complaint form. They kept on trying to convince me that they do not sell fakes but that bottle contains nothing more than a liquid with some cheap disgusting vomit smelling aroma. I was told that I have to arrange a postage with a promise to be reimbursed for it”at the end of their investigation” which is going to take up to 30 days. And on the top of that their form does not include refund as an option. You are to receive a voucher to spend with them. So you can possibly get another fake product. I am really disappointed and I will take it further. I really want to see what their “investigation “ is going to find.
