Total disaster and fraud. I ordered expensive perfume (Order #1154950216), but when I opened the package, I found a can of Coca-Cola inside. Yes, you read that right — a can of soda instead of a fragrance!This is a complete merchant error and absolute incompetence. Notino acknowledged the mistake, but I still haven't received my refund. They are holding my money for nothing. I have photos of the package and the invoice as clear evidence of this scam.I demand an immediate 100% refund. This is the worst shopping experience of my life.
