Total disaster and fraud. I ordered expensive perfume (Order #1154950216), but when I opened the package, I found a can of Coca-Cola inside. Yes, you read that right — a can of soda instead of a fragrance!
This is a complete merchant error and absolute incompetence. Notino acknowledged the mistake, but I still haven't received my refund. They are holding my money for nothing. I have photos of the package and the invoice as clear evidence of this scam.
I demand an immediate 100% refund. This is the worst shopping experience of my life. Avoid this store at all costs!

I placed an order and paid using a voucher, with a small remaining amount paid by card. Later, I processed a partial return from the order.I was refunded only the amount paid by card, but nothing was refunded for the voucher part. As a result, I returned the items but received practically no compensation — only 5 CZK, while the value of the returned items was over 300 CZK.This experience feels unfair and misleading. A voucher is also a form of payment, and customers should not lose its value when returning eligible items. I am very disappointed with how this was handled.
I placed an order and paid extra to NOTINO to have it delivered to my home. After a few days, the package was left at the post office (and arrived late).I contacted customer service and asked them to refund the extra money I paid, but they replied that it was not Notino's fault and that they would not refund anything. DO NOT PAY EXTRA FOR HOME DELIVERY BECAUSE THE COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT HAPPENS WITH THE PARCEL SERVICE.
Fast delivery, good prices. Session sales.However I discovered that purchased mach3 razzors (18 pcs) are not original. It looks on aftermarket nonoriginal producer of razors. Blunt and terrible quality but price almost as original..I know that these scraps are on market but did not know That Notino sells them.I lost confidence to this market also for other items..Do not recommend.
Their app is such a mess, I've lost my nerves 3 times before I was able to make the purchase. They let you do registration over apple id, but then they don't have your email, so you have no info about the package being sent. Speaking of packages, they have not sent it yet and it is a day after the promised delivery date.
The website is nice, with discounts and fast delivery. But once you go to the physical shop, the workers dont know their products, so they dont know how to help you find the best products for you, they dont speak english, and they seem to be really annoyed when clients ask questions. Im really disappointed with the service ... They are quite rude and not helpful at all. And this is not the first time... Everytime I go there, it´s like this. Sephora is much better, just go there instead.
