I raised issue with costumer service- after two weeks awaiting for response, they inform me that " technicaly" it was delivered..sp l will not get replacement.They totally ignoring informations what you forwarding to costumer service. I never been so dissapointer with any other company selling beauty products as l ordered expensive perfume - 4 bottles and now l stayed with nothing. They not processing refunds- so you eont get your many as well.. Not worth stress, you will only lose your money
