I had a very frustrating experience with this service. I bought a perfume set for my daughter for Christmas, initially quoted just over £40. When I tried to order, the price changed to £69. Despite the holiday, I proceeded with the purchase. I applied a discount code but ended up charged over £80. When I sought clarification, I was informed the codes reset at 2300, which was not mentioned on their website. Since I ordered at 2330, I missed the deal. Their response was dismissive. This service is clearly untrustworthy—stay away.

Avoid at all costs

Completely dissatisfied with the service. I purchased a perfume set for my daughter for Christmas, initially quoted a little over £40. However, the price was £69 when I tried to complete the order. Satisfactory resolution

I ordered something with a promised free gift, but it was missing upon arrival. The customer service explained that the gift was unavailable. As compensation, they offered me a €7 voucher and free delivery on my next order. This was a nice gesture, and I will definitely shop here again!
