I've been a customer for years without issues until this year when I used their withdrawal of contract service, allowing returns once criteria are met. For nearly a month, I've been in contact with customer service to return 2 bottles from a 4-bottle order. The package and form are ready for pickup, yet on 3 separate occasions, the seller has failed to collect the return. They just keep apologizing and running me through the same process without taking action, and they often take up to a week to respond to emails. Meanwhile, marketing emails arrive every other day. This is highly disrespectful behavior for a customer to experience. A customer should never have to chase for attention.
