I have been a loyal Notino customer for several years, but this is the first time I have ever needed to contact customer support — and unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing.
On 11 December, I received a delivery that arrived already damaged and opened, with several items missing from inside the box. I contacted the delivery company immediately and was advised to contact Notino directly as the sender.
Since then, I have sent multiple emails to Notino explaining the situation in detail and providing all the photos and information requested. The only response I received was an email asking me to describe the issue and send pictures — which I did straight away. After that, I never received any follow-up, update, or attempt to resolve the problem.
It is very frustrating that after years of being a customer, when I finally need assistance with a serious issue, the support team simply stops responding and shows no willingness to help. This lack of communication and accountability is extremely disappointing.
I expected much better customer service from Notino. I am still waiting for a proper response and resolution.
