I did not receive my order, even though it was marked as 'delivered'. There was no signature, and the package never actually reached me. I promptly contacted the support team and filled out the necessary non-delivery statement. However, the company refused to accept responsibility, citing an internal 6-day reporting deadline. According to EU and local consumer laws, the seller is responsible until the goods are physically received. Even after providing all required information quickly and acting in good faith, I was left without my order and without a refund. The handling of this clear delivery issue was very disappointing.
