I am extremely disappointed and strongly advise others to steer clear of this company. I paid for insured shipping, expecting reliable delivery. Instead, my parcel was left unattended in the entrance of my apartment building—an unsecured public area—without my consent. When I found the box, it was damaged and completely empty. Despite providing all required evidence and following their complaints procedure, I faced endless delays and excuses. Their policy states that the seller bears the risk of loss or damage until the customer receives the goods. Yet, they refused to take responsibility, relying solely on the carrier’s claim that the parcel was delivered 'with the correct weight', completely ignoring that I never received my products. Customer service was slow and unhelpful. After weeks of waiting for a resolution, I was told my claim was denied, with a suggestion to contact a consumer organization if I disagreed. This is unacceptable, especially since I paid extra for insurance that promised a quick replacement or refund for damaged or missing packages. They failed to honor their own policies and consumer law. I am left without my products or a refund and with a very poor impression of their service. Save yourself the frustration—shop elsewhere!
After seeing the negative reviews, I felt concerned. However, my order arrived nicely wrapped and with care. I also received it within 3 days, even though it was placed a few days before Christmas. So, I'm leaving a positive review to let others know that not all experiences are bad.
Zero stars, read the negative reviews. The shipping was delayed, and when I picked up the package later, the box was open and damaged. I suspect someone tampered with it or tried to see if they could steal anything inside. I reported this, but the return process was exhausting. I read that many people did not receive refunds, and some even received empty boxes. How can I trust this? I will stop buying here. If you return a lost item, they won’t refund you, leaving you without money and no product. Awful, I won’t buy here again. There are many new online stores with better quality packaging and care.
I ordered products with extra insurance, but they delivered my order incomplete. I contacted them and received a response only after a month. They then requested totally unreasonable photos and videos. This company is simply a scam. They send your order with missing items and then blame you. They never acknowledge the missing products.
I ordered four items but only received two. Their support team refused to refund me or send the missing products. This has never happened to me before. I won’t be ordering from this site again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. There are many more reliable online stores.
I have ordered many times over the years. With my last order, two small brushes were missing (totaling €3 for both, while the order was €51). Unfortunately, I didn’t keep the entire packaging after unpacking, as it was the weekend and I needed to dispose of the boxes. I contacted them, and the next day they asked me to provide photos of the package, including items received and the shipping label. I explained that I no longer had the outside box, but the package was intact before I opened it. Dealing with missing small items this way is a huge waste of time, and I won’t order from them again.
