I didn’t receive my order, even though it was marked as 'delivered'. There was no signature, and the parcel was never physically delivered to me. I quickly worked with customer service and completed the requested non-delivery statement. However, the company refused to take responsibility, citing an internal 6-day reporting deadline, even though EU and local consumer law states that the seller is responsible until the goods are received by the customer. Despite providing all information promptly and acting in good faith, I was left without my order and without a refund. Very disappointing handling of this delivery issue.
