Terrible UX w/r/t billing. I incurred thousands of dollars of fees because an admin added users without ANY indication or UX showing that they would be added to the annual plan. Notion does not acknowledge that this is NOT industry standard UX. Terrible customer service. Would simply not respond to the issue.
