I´ve been using NJL's app for a few years and it is really helpful and on point. But I´d like to focus on their remarkable customer service. In these days, when having to rely on customer service of any kind- another app, a digital service, a brick & mortar shop- is usually awful, I am blown away by these guys´ speed in answering each message, providing a solution that so far has always worked, and even following up afterwards to check if all ok. Outstanding! Bravo, bravissimo for them!

Extraordinary customer service

Pretty bad experience with this guys

Pretty bad experience with this guys. First you cannot test the product without paying for it. Second they don't have a chat support. Tried to chat multiple times no response. Third when i ask for a refund they put the terms of service on your face. I would recommend to not use this product at all. I also run a SAAS business and am aware of how refunds work

No Just Analytics is a fantastic tool that allows you to see and understand the social networks of companies. It allows you to learn and get to know companies to make a market research or an analysis of a brand. I always recommend it in my marketing classes.
