I´ve been using NJL's app for a few years and it is really helpful and on point. But I´d like to focus on their remarkable customer service. In these days, when having to rely on customer service of any kind- another app, a digital service, a brick & mortar shop- is usually awful, I am blown away by these guys´ speed in answering each message, providing a solution that so far has always worked, and even following up afterwards to check if all ok. Outstanding! Bravo, bravissimo for them!
