We booked our first trip with Pete and Laurelle Colvin at 'Not just travel' to Disneyland Paris mainly because it took the confusion out of booking a trip like that. We were blown away with their knowledge and they got out requests spot on. They were on hand with any queries and very professional and friendly! The personal touches of a Christmas card and welcome home postcard was extra special. We had a fantastic trip my daughters will remember for their entire life! Can not wait to look at our next trip! We’ve just returned from an amazing family holiday in Lanzarote, and it’s all thanks to Yvonne Barker at Not Just Travel. From the very first conversation, Yvonne took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and made the whole experience completely stress‑free.

My trip to Maltal was lovely, Bev Newman found me a fantastic hotel in a great location, with plenty of options for rest & relaxation @ a great price. Bevs choice of Malta for a solo traveller to feel safe was spot on, plenty of options for independant travel or part of a tour to explore the lovely Island of Malta.
I found it very reassuring that Bev checked with me personally that I had & understood the correct documents for transfer etc, & if any problems arose I could contact her immediately (which they didn't) Will definitely use Bev for my next holiday, thanks Bev for all your hard work making it special

This was a specific cruise that I was taking my 96 year old young Aunt on her first ever cruise with mobility issues so we needed special assistance for her mobility scooter and needs of an elderly lady.. • Itinerary Highlights: The itinerary was perfectly balanced, offering a delightful mix of relaxation and adventure. It was only a seven day cruise from Uk to Spain which was perfect for my Aunts first cruise and also first time ever to Spain. The port stops were well-organized and we were assisted on an off the ship with the mobility scooter wonderfully. There was also ample time to relax by the pool, enjoy the ship's amenities, and simply soak up the atmosphere. There was something for me and my Husband throughout the cruise from Art to Classical concerts and fabulous shows, not to mention the food.
• Onboard Experience: We sailed with Fred Olsen which was the perfect ship for my Aunt and us. The staff were wonderful and went far and beyond and nothing was too much trouble they truly looked after my Aunt (and us) impeccably! The cabins were spacious and comfortable, especially the one my Aunt had which was adapted for the less mobile and the dining options were superb.. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and attentive.
• Customer Service & Support: The level of customer service provided by Latitude Life was truly exceptional. They were always available to answer my questions, address any concerns, and provide assistance whenever needed. Their proactive communication and attention to detail gave me peace of mind throughout the entire trip.
• Overall Recommendation: I wholeheartedly recommend Anthony Walker and Anthony Hyde from Latitude Life to anyone planning a cruise holiday and other holidays.
