I placed an order for a wedding gift for my niece, paying extra for express delivery, which promised next-day shipping. The next day, I was informed that they couldn't include my gift message due to a system issue! It was supposed to arrive on Friday, but today I received an email saying it will now be delivered next Wednesday, with no mention of express delivery. The tracking number doesn’t work, and contacting the seller is impossible without an account, which I don’t want. Overall, a very disappointing experience; I won't use this service again.
