I placed an order on December 3rd, and today is December 19th with no delivery. They promised a delivery timeframe of 4-7 days. I've sent emails and received responses, but there’s been no information about my order. This is disrespectful and frustrating, especially since I paid for express shipping! I cannot recommend them.
