Unacceptable service

I ordered in November, and the tracking information was sent 10 days later—it only says 'Info received', indicating it hasn't even been scanned yet. Although it was from a European website, it’s clearly a company based in another country shipping from there. It won't arrive for Christmas, and I've contacted my bank to retrieve my money.
