Caution is advised as I've noticed others have raised issues about the subscription model, which leads to potentially endless repeat orders. The fine print mentions a subscription offer, but it should be an opt-in rather than an opt-out. Since creating my account, I assumed 'subscription' referred to my account rather than repeated orders without any notification. I learned this the hard way, ending up with food far beyond our needs. Trying to get a credit was futile as they just referred to the fine print. Additionally, I received a text about a delivery on a Friday, while my confirmed day was the following Monday. We returned home Monday to find a truck ready to deliver. I'm concerned about the safety of their cold chain, as it seemed my order had been in the truck for three days. I seek compensation for this mix-up instead of just advice to check the fine print.
