I have been taking the androgen blocker for a year now, I can honestly say it's been a lifesaver. I suffered with horrible cystic acne breakouts for more than 10 years now, this is the only thing that helps me.
I liked that it was so easy to purchase from, website is very user friendly. Everything is very organized and was set to ship the next day. The follow up emails are the only post purchase emails that I actually appreciated after purchasing something.
I took the androgen blocker for 3 months and the only I noticed was I had a normal period. I still suffered with the chin hair and lossing my scalp hair. Did not notice much. I won't spend the money I work so hard to get for so little results.
They hinge on you not canceling your subscription and making sure you can't get a refund. Charge you for fast shipping and then tell you they cant refund you because of the fast processing time for the fast shipping that you never ordered. If you go to cancel your subscription there are quite a few 'are you sure?' pages and spam you have to continue clicking yes through in order to actually cancel.Customer service says they are sorry for the outcome but obviously not otherwise the company wouldn't scam people this way. Really disappointed they would create a system that takes advantage of people trying to better their health. I really wish this was a company I could recommend to people.
They state that there is a 101 day return if you are not satisfied with their product - after a review of other’s experience, I decided to order a 3-month bundle since that’s the best way to determine the effectiveness of the androease product I was trying out. What I do not appreciate and the tactic that they are using to make more money after offering a better price and the 101 day satisfaction is that when you make the subscription of the three month option, they make it so that it automatically renews every month; unfortunately i asked someone to confirm when it would renew next because i suspected that would possibly be the case and it was too late; if the product works then that’s okay, however if it doesn’t then I’m only entitled to that first order being returned and not the second. It’s a pretty lame tactic to make money. Why would it be an option to have a monthly subscription on an order of a three month supply?
I think there's a big problem with this type of treatment. It relies on a patient having androgens for the source of the issue; however, this is not always the case despite the presentation of symptoms; such as Hirsutism. This has the unfortunate image of exploiting young women for money when it might be trying to help them in an already difficult system. Please consider working with medical professionals. These aren't JUST vitamins after all.
