AVOID THIS SERVICE DUE TO COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS. I ordered a well-known fragrance that I have used for years. The packaging was poor, the lid didn't fit properly, and the scent was terrible. When I contacted the support team for return instructions and a full refund, their reply was clearly a generic response. They ignored my concerns about the counterfeit nature of the product and offered no apology. It's obvious they make the return process as difficult as possible, and I doubt they will provide any refund.

Disappointing Purchase for a Special Occasion

I bought a fragrance for my daughter's birthday, but upon opening it, I found the scent to be extremely weak compared to a previous sample I had purchased from a different source. The fragrance fades within an hour, making it barely noticeable. I don't think it's a batch issue; it feels like a counterfeit product. I've owned many other fragrances from this brand without any problems. This was my first and last time buying from this seller.
