I had been following Tam's Instagram for some time and been considering joining her HHA, and gosh am I glad I did. All of the content was thoroughly researched and tested by Tam, she is just like an encyclopedia of knowledge in this space! I loved the pace of the course, and really appreciated how practical each of 8 topics were. Each week Tam would encourage you to try to incorporate between 1 and 3 new things into your lifestyle or diet, which meant I wasn't overwhelmed or stressed by the changes. I also absolutely loved the community aspect of the course. Sharing recipes, ideas, questions and advice with a supportive group of women was hugely valuable. I would recommend this course to all women, even if you don't think you have any noticeable hormonal issues. Tam teaches you so much about how women's bodies work and encourages you to be more confident and embrace your femininity and take control of your health and overall well-being.
