I ordered a T-shirt size 3XL Ohio State Championship. I didn't get the shirt, so asked their customer service to cancel the order and refund my money due to the lapse of time (it was for a gift). They said there was no order. I sent them a copy of the order and payment info. Then they refused to cancel the order and insisted that they ship the T-shirt, which they did. The T-shirt was the wrong size, and made of very thin material, not high quality. Fortunately, I was able to get the money back from my bank by disputing the charge.
