I ordered 2 NFL Bucket Hats Customized with Names. 1 for my wife she's a Cowboys fan 1 for me NY Giants fan. Never did I get a Confirmation Email or Tracking #. Almost 1 month goes by I send an email to Check there response was 1 was Delivered Feb 7th. One was Delivered on Feb 9th. $39.95 ea. X2 + Shipping they don't respond to emails call the # listed its busy all the time my Advice STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THERE 🖕'N CROOKS !! 🤬

I ordered a pair of shoes in the size my daughter normally wears and they were too small and the company will not exchange them for an larger size. The return policy states that they will exchange them for a larger size but the seller refuses and states that is the size I ordered.
Customer service has been responsive to my emails on tracking. Received 3 of my 5 items. Sizing xxl men’s looks ok but quality is awful on two of the items and not bad on the one. Still waiting for 2 more items. Company refuses returns on the poor quality merchandise since I received what I ordered. Won’t order from them again.

Just go shop on another site! I'm trying to save you time and money! I wish I would have read reviews before ordering from this site. I ordered my husband a 3X shirt for our cruise because all of his other shirts are a 3X, and when this one arrived he couldn't even button it so I emailed customer service and was told since the size I ordered matches the size they sent they cannot do a refund. Their stuff runs very small. Terrible customer service! They offered me a 40% discount code if I wanted to order another one. Are you kidding me? I won't ever be ordering from them again.
The sizing chart is way off and they wont exchange or refund if they ship the size you ordered. They say it's your fault for not ordering the right size. The 5X is barely a 3X and the XL is really a Medium at best. Then they offer to sell you more at 50% off so you can try again for the right size!!!
if there was an option for NO stars- I would have chose that! I ordered from Nousty and never received my order. After multiple attempts to contact Nousty- WITH NO RESPONSE, I finally contacted PayPal- only then did I get a response! It took a while, but finally PAYPAL refunded my money. Yet I received emails from Nousty saying they were concerned about the multiple PAYPAL disputes against them- that should be a red flag for sure!
