I bought a jacket on the understanding that this company did refunds. However the jacket arrived, I was disappointed with the quality and style and so asked for a refund. Firstly I had to explain what it was that i didn't like about the jacket, then I was asked to send a photograph. After that I had an email to say i had 3 alternatives. I could have a store credit (there was nothing I wanted to buy), or, I could keep the item and have a 10% refund, or I could return the item to China with a whole host of things that could go wrong with this procedure, lost in transit, held up at customs, etc etc. I would not have ordered this item had I known I would have to return the item to China. I think this is appalling and the company are not to be trusted, their products are cheap and nasty and their refund policy a joke.Be warned don't use Nouvar.The reply from nouvar is more or less self explanatory, if I want a full refund I send my item back to china at my expense. This is not clear on their website. I do believe that the reviews of this company that are so glowing are completely fake, they are much the same, lovely clothes and great service, AI has a lot to answer for.
