Everything went wrong with my order.

Unfortunately, my experience was terrible. I feel like I've been scammed, just like many others who have shared their frustrations. I received a generic email response from the support team after raising my concerns. The coat I ordered cost me £84, and I spent an additional £28 to return it with tracking, which took four days to reach its destination in China, but it’s now stuck in Customs. I regret not checking reviews before making this purchase. I feel awful for giving my money to this dishonest service.

STEER CLEAR 🔴🔴🔴🔴 This is a scam with poor quality items! They falsely advertise products and then offer a 20% refund while insisting I pay for return shipping to China! They use scare tactics, suggesting items will get lost. I refuse to let this go! It's shocking that they're still operating. Their responses to complaints are just empty promises. People should report them to the appropriate authorities to get them shut down. 🔴🔴🔴🔴🔴🔴🔴 EDIT: Why continue to post the same generic response under negative comments? It's clear you don't care about helping anyone or providing refunds!
