If I could give this a ZERO star rating, I definitely would. I ordered a women's size 8.5 and received a men's size 7, which do not fit at all! Customer service is terrible, taking 10-15 minutes between responses. I also confirmed with a major brand that they are NOT an authorized seller. DO NOT ORDER from this company! The experience has been awful. They won't even send a return shipping label for their mistake! They provided a return address that I found associated with multiple dubious online sites. This is clearly a scam.
