I placed an order for sneakers on December 1st, but they never showed up. After contacting customer service on December 26th, I was told the shipment was delayed at customs and would be resent. However, the sneakers still did not arrive. Now, 45 days later, customer service is unresponsive to my refund requests. This situation feels like a scam.
If I could give this a ZERO star rating, I definitely would. I ordered a women's size 8.5 and received a men's size 7, which do not fit at all! Customer service is terrible, taking 10-15 minutes between responses. I also confirmed with a major brand that they are NOT an authorized seller. DO NOT ORDER from this company! The experience has been awful. They won't even send a return shipping label for their mistake! They provided a return address that I found associated with multiple dubious online sites. This is clearly a scam.

Zero stars for this company. Do not purchase anything, especially hats. They ship hats in a plastic bag, which ends up crammed in your mailbox. The hat arrived damaged and unwearable. What legitimate company ships hats this way? It's a joke, and I strongly advise staying away.
This company is a scam. The phone number is non-functional, and the address is a residential home. They claim to accept returns but do not provide a return address on their website. My son spent $300 on these items, and when he reached out, they offered a 25% discount instead of a refund. When he declined, they gave him a return address in Germany, which would be costly and likely ineffective. This address appears illegitimate as well. My son lost $300 to this scam. DO NOT ORDER from this website. They have been reported to authorities.
My son ordered a $60 lightsaber, which turned out to be of poor quality. When we tried to return it, they provided a German address for shipping, which cost me $26.95. The item apparently sat in the German post office for an unknown period, despite notifying the company. Eventually, the lightsaber returned to my home. No one is assisting us. All I want is for my son to get his money back. Their customer service is nearly non-existent, and the product quality is lacking.
I bought the Duel set and was initially doubtful after reading some reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived exactly as the app indicated. If you're in the market for a good lightsaber for fun or cosplay, I highly recommend getting it before the end of the month. The colors can change, including Red, Blue, light purple, white, yellow, and my favorite, green. The sound effects are also quite impressive.
