STEER CLEAR OF THIS PROVIDER. With a broken foot, I couldn't visit a store, and their customer service assured me of an unlimited mobile plan for 28 euros, but they charged me 35 euros instead and refused to correct their error. I also made it clear that I wouldn't be renewing my fixed line due to their failure to provide stable internet because of an unavailable fiber port. They are misleading, unprofessional, and completely unreliable. I'm switching providers. They don't even deserve a single star.
