It is the second time today I see a raise on the bill. Although the performance and overhaul service from NOVA is rubbish. There is something totally wrong with them. They act as common thieves.

Instead, they charged me 35 euros and refused to fix their mistake. I also informed them that I wouldn’t renew my fixed line due to their failure to provide stable internet from an unavailable fiber port. They are misleading, unprofessional, and entirely unreliable. I'm changing providers. They don’t even deserve a single star.

The full scheme revealed: 1. Advertised at €13.30 (you think €13) 2. Minimum top-up €13 (can’t just add €1) 3. App fees reduce your €13 to ~€11.83 4. You’re short - package costs €13.30, you have €11.83 5. Forced into another €13 minimum top-up (plus another app fee) 6. OR you top up €14 thinking you'll beat it, but with fees, you don’t. They’ve designed it so you can never win. The pricing, the minimums, the fees - everything is calculated to confuse and force you into multiple transactions where they profit. It's a textbook example of dark pattern design. Why would a company operate this way and expect to survive long-term? I look forward to their downfall.
Disastrous installation experience. I applied for fiber 300mbps. The company came to install it at the wrong location, and now they refuse to transfer the equipment to the correct address. It's been nearly two months with no resolution. I’m switching to another provider.
