A door-to-door salesman gave me an offer for internet and TV from Nova, which seemed good at first, so I switched from Vodafone to Nova.From the 1st day of my new connection, I had many (over 10) disconnections, lasting from a few minutes to over an hour. After almost daily talks with their technical support team, it was concluded that "there was an issue in my area". However, my neighbours on other providers didn't face any issues.All of the support team members I have contacted seem to be "new" and are not helpful at all, they just keep saying, "I will forward your issue to the respective department."...Almost 3 months later, and I just get "ping-ponged" from one department to the other without any actual resolution of my issue.I do not even have a clear answer as to whether I can cancel my contract with them without any "penalties".I am paying for something that hasn't worked as advertised for one day.My experience with them is absolutely terrible.Would not recommend under any circumstances!Nova feels more like a scam rather than an actual working service.
