I strongly advise against using this service. Due to an injury, I couldn't visit a store, and their customer service promised me an unlimited mobile plan for 28 euros. Instead, they charged me 35 euros and refused to fix their mistake. I also informed them that I wouldn’t renew my fixed line due to their failure to provide stable internet from an unavailable fiber port. They are misleading, unprofessional, and entirely unreliable. I'm changing providers. They don’t even deserve a single star.
