I placed an order but never received it. When I reached out to the service, I was informed that it had been delivered last Saturday, yet I received no notification. Later, I found out the courier left the package outside a high-rise building, where it could easily be taken. The service claimed they couldn't assist and didn't offer to report the issue to their courier. I spent my hard-earned money and received nothing in return. I won't order from this service again if they continue using such an unreliable courier.
