This feels like a total scam! I ordered under eye patches, but they arrived completely dry. When I contacted customer support, they insisted they would still work, but they did not. Then, a month later, I was surprised by an additional charge. Apparently, placing an order automatically enrolled me in a subscription service for $39.99 per month. After canceling my subscription, I waited for the next package to return for a full refund. When it didn’t arrive, I reached out again and was informed that the subscription cost doesn’t include any products; it only grants a discount on future orders. This is incredibly misleading. I strongly advise against buying from this seller!
