I wish I had seen the reviews before buying the mask. It’s extremely uncomfortable; the stoppers dig into my face, causing pain. I wanted to return it, but customer service hasn’t responded. Very disappointing, especially during these tough times. I received an apology later, acknowledging the discomfort but then suggesting I spend more money on their new mask! I’m not being unreasonable; I just want a replacement for the painful one. I’m still waiting for a reply.
