Less than one star. This product is very uncomfortable to wear. Because of this I did not use or fully unpack. It offers dangerous 'electrodes' to the face. It hangs sideways because of the heavy cable. No battery charge, needs to be mains plugged in to use. There is not return address. I made a threat to report to the BBC consumer programme, they responded. After many bounce back emails and no contact. They want a photograph of the unopened box. And asked which product I purchased. Is there more than one? My first contact with them was 21st November 2024. they replied to me 3rd March 2025. Do not buy.
