Despite their reply below I have heard nothing. I have replied again since they edited their message - and STILL nothing.I bought this for a friend whose husband also bought her one. I emailed asking if I could return it - unopened. Despite their apparent returns policy it was a no. I emailed a response. Bounced back. I found contact details on their web site - bounced back - I have been blocked! I asked them on Facebook - no response. I have been nothing but polite and asking for help but they simply block me. No customer service and no returns policy - beware
