I placed an order 2/09, and received it only middle of October, after reminded to check the status of shipment. One of the goods was not qualitative, so I returned full delivery on 29/10, and got this confirmed per email. i paid return fees according to their return policy.After that most interesting part started. After I reminded that goods were received back 29/10 according to tracking, customer service responded that they will check and come back.I reminded again 6/11 and 10/11, and finally got following feedback:***As a special gesture, we would like to offer you:A store credit refund for the returned items.A €100 gift card, which you can use without any expiration date and take advantage of during Black Friday to explore and enjoy our products.Please trust us — this is our way of showing how much we care about your satisfaction. We are confident that once you try our collection, you will see the quality, style, and attention to detail that make Novanta truly special.We hope you accept this offer as a token of our sincere appreciation.***I responded that only full refund on my bank account is acceptable, and after that no feedback after several reminders.Case is still not solved.So I would NEVER recommend this store.
