They are total scammers and everything from the photograph of the so called shop that looks like its in London to having 4 supposed stars from Trust Pilot to not being able to cancel the order before them having notified the courier or shipped the goods. I know that Trust Pilot is aware of them falsifying the amount of stars they have so my question here is has Trust Pilot taken any action in this regard?
I placed an order on 2/09, but it wasn’t delivered until mid-October, and only after I followed up on the shipment status. One of the items was of poor quality, so I returned the entire order on 29/10, and received email confirmation of the return. I paid the return fees as per their policy.
What followed was quite frustrating. After I notified them that the items were received back on 29/10 according to tracking, the customer service stated they would look into it. I followed up again on 6/11 and 10/11, ultimately receiving the following response:

As a special gesture, we would like to offer you: A store credit refund for the returned items. A €100 gift card, valid indefinitely, which you can use during Black Friday to explore our products. Please trust us — this is our way of showing how much we value your satisfaction. *** I replied that only a full refund to my bank account is acceptable, but since then, I have received no further communication despite multiple reminders.
The issue remains unresolved.
I would NEVER recommend this service.
i received my item which were NOTHING LIKE WHAT WAS ADVERTISED ON INSTAGRAM, DO NOT BUY ANTHING FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I placed an order and 2 weeks later still had no confirmation of dispatch. I then googled them and found all of these negative reviews. I decided to cancel my order, which I am legally entitled to do. I emailed to cancel and they responded ignoring this request. I emailed again to confirm cancellation and then miraculously had an email that same day to confirm the order had been processed. They then claimed it’s too late to cancel as the order has been “processed.” The tracking shows that it has not been dispatched, it’s been over a month now since I placed my order, the order hasn’t been dispatched, and they are still refusing to cancel. Believe the reviews, they are absolute scammers. I am now trying to claim the money back through my bank as they won’t willingly refund me.
It is a fraud, they are sold as a company with European clothes and in fact they are Chinese, they take months to arrive and when the garment arrives it is not the same you bought and of a very poor quality, I am very upset and disappointed by fraudulent companies like this.
Terrible Just terrible. Package never arrived because they used a cheap courier service i never heard of (Not USPS, UPS or Fedex but rather a service called Cainiao Last Mile Delivery Team). Courier said i was not available to accept the package but nobody ever came to my address. Package got sent back to the sender and they do not want to issue a refund they are trying to force me to pay for additional shipping fee to have it resent to me.
