Order arrived after stated (beware products come from China not Europe as the branding would lead you to believe) so wanted to return them all - I could see through the packaging how poor quality they were and one had a button falling off. I was asked to provide ‘high quality images’ of the items before I could return them (assuming to prove they still have tags/not been worn etc), only to be told that since I had now taking them out of the zip lock packaging (to photograph them at their request!!), that I am now unable to return 2 of the items which were bikinis due to their policy. I get you have a policy about returning bikinis due to hygiene but would have been nice to have been told this on the initial email asking me to take these ‘high quality images’ or a bit of guidance of how I should be taking ‘high quality images’ of the products through the zip lock packaging 🤷🏼♀️Anyway, now they have been taken out of the packing, I can’t believe what this website is charging for honestly the cheapest, horrible quality items. Look nothing like the website photos, in fact looks like parts of the items have been airbrushed out to make them look better. I guess credit goes to the company’s photographer though for making these items look good!
