I placed an order on 2/09, but it wasn’t delivered until mid-October, and only after I followed up on the shipment status. One of the items was of poor quality, so I returned the entire order on 29/10, and received email confirmation of the return. I paid the return fees as per their policy.
What followed was quite frustrating. After I notified them that the items were received back on 29/10 according to tracking, the customer service stated they would look into it. I followed up again on 6/11 and 10/11, ultimately receiving the following response:

As a special gesture, we would like to offer you: A store credit refund for the returned items. A €100 gift card, valid indefinitely, which you can use during Black Friday to explore our products. Please trust us — this is our way of showing how much we value your satisfaction. We believe that once you try our collection, you will appreciate the quality, style, and attention to detail that make us unique. We hope you accept this offer as a token of our gratitude.
*** I replied that only a full refund to my bank account is acceptable, but since then, I have received no further communication despite multiple reminders.
The issue remains unresolved.
