Is it possible to give 0 stars? The dress was of appalling quality and completely wrong in size—too wide and too short. It looked nothing like the website pictures. The returns process was ridiculous; they offered 20% off and wanted me to keep the product instead of a full return. They provided an address in another country for the return, but after six months, the package was sent back to me due to a declaration issue. Now, I’m stuck with a dress I don’t want and wasted money. I regret using this seller and hope this review helps others avoid a similar experience.
