I bought the dress for our daughter's first formal party, but unfortunately it didn't fit. So I asked the customer service to return it, but they offered a 30% discount instead of keeping the dress. But the dress didn't fit our daughter, so I asked the address to return it because I knew I wouldn't be able to wear it even if I kept it, but they told me that I had to return it to a Chinese warehouse because the warehouse was in China, and it was very expensive over $35. Also, the return address was not available when I looked it up on Google map, and I asked for the phone number and contact name to return it (because I had to put the phone number and contact number on the invoice), but they didn't reply to my message anymore.In fact, when I checked the return policy, I couldn't find any mention that the warehouse is in China and that the return should be sent in a Chinese warehouse. Of course, I thought that I could return it to Australia, but I was very embarrassed because the customer service answered like this. (The special site is also called Novao AU, so I thought it was an Australian brand.) Therefore, those who want to buy a dress on this site should think twice about returning it and be aware that they may not be able to return it. Therefore, I never never never recommend this site!! it was the worst experence I had and the dress is still in my drawer.
